Packaging and Shipping

We personally wrap and professionally package each portrait with the utmost attention to its safety in transit. It should reach you in perfect condition. We hand-deliver your portrait to the Express carrier, and they deliver it to your door. We also ship through the United States Postal Service for our customers with post office boxes. In any case, shipping charges within the continental United States are FREE!

Return Policy

When your portrait is finished, we will email you a picture of it for your approval. At this time, should you desire, we will make minor adjustments to the portrait without any additional charge. When we receive your approval, we will ship the portrait to you.

In the unlikely event, after receiving your portrait, you are unhappy with it for any reason, you may return it to us within ten days of receipt. When we have received the returned portrait, we will refund 40% of the full portrait price. The portrait must be returned in its original packaging, and the return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. We would appreciate a courtesy call before the portrait is returned.
